An alumni of Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University , Lucknow, Rohit is the founding partner of the firm. Rohit’s practice area includes Environment  and Mining laws, Consumer Protection Laws, corporate transactional work including joint ventures and M&A and Criminal Litigation with an emphatic presence in the National Green Tribunal and various High Courts and other Tribunals across the country.

He has been continuously associated with a number of complex and prestigious projects in diverse sectors such as Information and Technology, Manufacturing and Retail, financial services, Industrial Disputes and Infrastructure.

Along with an expertise in Environment and Mining Laws, Rohit is now squarely focused on critical issues like Food Adulteration, Corruption Laws, Competition Law, data privacy and protection. Having worked for various large and reputed Indian companies in various sectors, he has participated on panels at various forums. With excessive interest in extant issues, Rohit is a regular contributor of articles on the contemporary topics.
