Vedant Gupta is a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) graduate of the 2023 batch from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata. He began his career with JSA Advocates and Solicitors, Mumbai, in the Banking and Finance team, where he acted as Lenders’ Legal Counsel on structured rupee term loans and assisted on high-value project finance and bond transactions. In June 2025, he joined Lex Merita Law Firm, where he primarily assists in matters before the District Court, Bhopal and aids in drafting an extensive range of legal documents. He has a strong interest in tender-specific matters as well as commercial contractual drafting.
